I. Audit Organization
FEDS’s internal auditing is an independent unit directly under the Board of Directors. The primary function is to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control system and assist the Board and management in implementing corporate governance.
II. The Internal Audit Self-Assessment

(According to the Self-assessment operation procedure of internal control system of the company)

Each department and subsidiary of FEDS regularly evaluates the internal control system of its operation level by itself, and then the Audit Office shall review the assessment of it.

The Audit Office combines the review results, the improvement and abnormal matters of internal control deficiencies to complete the Audit Report on Self-assessment of the internal control system.

This serves as the basis for the Board of Directors and the President to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's overall internal control system and issue an Internal Control Statement. The report will be disclosed on TWSE and recorded in the annual report at the same time.
