| 1969 Oct | FEDS Taichung Store was set up. |
| 1972 Jan | FEDS Paoching Store was set up; FEDS Yongsui Store merged with FEDS Paoching Store. |
| 1973 Apr | Established Ya Tung Department Store Ltd. (65% investment) located on Wufu 4th Rd., Kaohsiung. |
